Ad Ops Specialist

As part of our fast-growing monetization efforts, we are partnering with marquee advertisers in new activations. To plan, execute and report on these collaborations, we are are seeking an experienced Ad Ops leader to catalogue our inventory, plan campaigns and deploy media across our family of channels.

In this role, you will:

  • Build media plans and schedule units based on inventory availability across our family of channels on YouTube and other social media networks

  • Prepare and revise sales plans that maximize the use of inventory, while meeting and fulfilling client requirements

  • Regulate pricing to make sure it is accurate and conforms to available inventory

  • Maximize media revenue through inventory usage

  • Coordinate all upfront programming materials to aid in the development of rate cards

  • Partner with our sales, marketing and finance teams to package media campaigns

  • Execute sales orders and track accuracy against contractual commitments

  • Provide quality assurance on all media campaigns, as well as technical support and troubleshooting for our team and external partners

  • Manage first- and third-party reporting and reconciliation


  • 2+ years of traffic, sales service and/or ad operations at a media or technology company

  • Experience working with Google’s Ad Manager and DoubleClick for Publishers

  • Strong knowledge of Google AdSense, Facebook Ads, YouTube analytics and the YouTube ecosystem, as well as other social media platforms (Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter)

  • Working knowledge of media advertising principles and its various buying methods, with emphasis on social & programmatic

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to describe complex analyses to stakeholders in simple terms.
