Daily channel management and video uploading and optimization (employing best practices & analytics)
Develop and execute strategies to drive audience awareness, growth, and engagement across the Brat YouTube page
Provide recommendations driven by creative thinking, industry news/trends, and analytics
QC all work done on channels by reviewing all uploaded content to ensure optimal outputs
Manage the Brat YouTube community through comment moderation and reply, real time engagement during premiere events and community function
1-2 years of experience working within the YouTube environment
Experience working with a CMS
Google Ad Words knowledge mandatory; experience running campaigns a plus
Strong analytical thinker
