JOB DESCRIPTION

Talent coordinators are responsible for casting, booking and managing talent who collaborate with Brat. In this role, you will be researching prospective talent, helping with auditions, booking actors, closing talent deals and assisting with scheduling, production and promotional shoots. Brat is a talent-first company, and you will serve at the front lines of building and maintaining these important relationships. 

Our talent department spans every other part of our business—not only supplying actors for shows, but making talent available for original songs, editorial stories, marketing shoots and branded content. Extensive knowledge of the digital talent landscape, diligence and communication skills will all be required to succeed in this role.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-5 years in talent management, casting or agency work
  • Extensive familiarity with digital talent
  • Familiarity with production and "day out of days" reports
  • Relationships with Hollywood management firms and talent agencies
