JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a leader in talent development to spearhead our discovery, outreach and casting efforts. We are a talent-first company, with an emphasis on building new franchises alongside popular and emerging creators. In this role, you will be identifying new contributors who can support and extend the Brat brand to new audiences. 

The ideal candidate will possess an encyclopedic knowledge of the digital talent landscape, with deep roots in sourcing and networking new creators. Most likely this person has worked at a digital network, talent agency, or collective, or has interfaced directly with talent as a manager or agent. Regardless, this person must live and breathe emerging talent.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-6 years experience working with digital talent
  • Extensive relationships with Hollywood management firms, agencies and digital networks
  • Experience with casting, production and talent contracts
  • Creative sensibility and aptitude for matching talent with open roles
  • Excellent communication skills with our internal team and outside partners
