Lily Chee: Winter Makeup With Britney
Hey cuties, I’m back! It’s 2019, is your makeup on point? If not, look no further, I have the answers to all your cosmetic questions. Scroll for my new favorite January aesthetic:
I CALL THIS ONE “OCEAN EYES”
First thing’s first, make sure you have all your ingredients:
Now follow these easy steps!
Use a cosmetic wedge to cover your face with a thin layer of primer.
Dust a small amount of blush onto your cheek bones (keep it light!).
Apply dark blue eyeliner to your lower and upper eyelids. Don’t be shy, cover the entire length of both lids, even the inner corners! The eyeliner should make a full oval around your eye.
Brush dark blue eyeshadow onto the top lid and slightly beyond up onto the bone above it. The more you use, the more dramatic the look will be—the choice is yours!
Apply nude or light pink lip gloss. The neutral shade will make sure your eyes stay the center of attention.
